For new developments, electrical works need to be coordinated with structural work, ceilings, plumbing and finishes. Share the equipment you intend to operate, including cooking equipment, water heaters, pumps, air conditioning and machinery. Existing drawings and equipment schedules help establish the requirement. Where solar or generator backup is planned, essential circuits and changeover arrangements should be considered before installation begins.

What should I send when requesting a quotation?

Include your site location, building use, floor plans if available, major equipment and expected programme. State whether you need a complete installation or a defined addition to an existing system.

Can you work with my building contractor?

Yes. Electrical installation needs a clear sequence and agreed access. We discuss the scope with property owners and site teams so wiring, finishes and other building services can be coordinated.

What happens before handover?

The agreed scope should identify the relevant inspection, testing, circuit identification and user information. Ask for the records and operating guidance that apply to the completed installation.
