Start with an essential-load schedule

Identify what must remain powered during an interruption and what can wait. Lighting, internet equipment, refrigeration and a water pump have different operating patterns. Equipment start-up requirements also matter. This information helps establish inverter capacity, battery storage and the appropriate backup arrangement.

Solar generation and battery storage

What information helps with a quotation?

Provide an appliance list, operating hours, preferred backup duration, site location and photographs of the proposed installation areas. Include existing equipment details where relevant.
